Benjamin is a highly skilled and experienced Aquaculturist with 5 years of experience with start-up Tilapia and African Catfish farms in East and West Africa.

Benjamin works with the Côte d'Ivoire government as a hatchery consultant/supervisor on a large-scale fish farming project to boost the country's economy.

Benjamin has B.Sc. Fisheries and Aquaculture from Makerere University Uganda.

Felmar has B.Sc. Fisheries, with 12 years of Aquaculture Systems Design, Construction, and Management experience in the Philippines, Ghana, USA, Uganda, and Ivory coast. He has designed many Tilapia hatcheries in Africa.

Andrew Leingang

Andrew is an experienced aquaculture general manager, hatchery and farm manager, consultant, lecturer, writer, extension agent, and researcher. He has 20 years of experience managing US freshwater and marine ornamental fish farms and 30 years managing carp and Tilapia production in Asia, channel catfish in the US, and barramundi in Australia. He has served as an aquaculture volunteer in India, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Uganda.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (cum laude) in Marine Biology from Nicholls State University, USA. He joined AwF (Aust.) Board of Directors in August 2021.

His recent consulting work includes UAE, Iran, Qatar, Côte d'Ivoire, Uganda, India, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, France, and Fiji. Andrew is a regular contributor to "The Fish Site". https://thefishsite.com/

Shakeeb is an aquaculture professional with 18 years of working in diverse areas of the industry. He is an expert in business, sustainability, planning, designing, construction and commissioning aquaculture farms. He has prudent experience in production and management technologies in Shrimp, Tilapia, Catfish, marine fishes and freshwater carp, and marine and freshwater cage culture technology.

Jerald has a Diploma in Wildlife conservation and management. He is a specialist in fish feeding, sampling and record keeping.

He is experienced in hatchery management, including stocking and fish transfer, and oversees the daily operations of all hatchery activities, including feeding, water monitoring, fish production and staff activities.
